Name a star as a gift. Choose an available star on our map, give it a name, and receive a personalised digital certificate by email.
What you get
- A star in the Starrify catalogue with the name you choose, shown together with the owner’s name on our public star map.
- A personalised digital certificate (a PDF file) sent by email, usually within a few minutes of payment.
- An ownership code that shows the naming is yours.
Please note
The naming is a symbolic gift. It is not an official astronomical registration and it is not recognised by the International Astronomical Union (IAU).
